Our Mission
The Ray School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a nonprofit that supports the education and development of students at the Bernice A. Ray Elementary School in Hanover, NH. Our goal is to deepen the sense of community among parents, guardians, teachers, administrators and staff.
All parents/guardians of current Ray School students and Ray School staff are invited to join the PTO.

Funds $3,500 in staff grant for enrichment projects
Connects kids to books with the Birthday Book program
Celebrates staff with two catered lunches a year, flowers & treats
Runs the school's lost and found
Delivers 2,000 lb of food collected by Haven Helpers
Sponsors Earth Month challenges & family hikes
Runs the Ray School spiritwear store
Creates school directories & 5th grade memory books
Builds the playground Ice Slide
Funds the Passport to Winter Fun program
Purchases retirement gifts for teachers & staff
